First baby and I need advice!!!

I have been on birth control for about 8 years. Started when I was sixteen and I am now 24. We have been trying for 2 no,the and I know that's not long at all, but I'm curious if me being on birth control for so long will effect me being able to conceive? I'm so lost and have no idea how to do this. I just hope we can have kids. I should add I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis when I was 16 as well.. Please help!
