Who has tried clomid?

I did my first round the beginning of September.  I have PCOS, but the last 4 months I've been regular.  Well I'm almost two weeks late.  But keep getting negative pregnancy test.  No LH surge on opk. I don't know if the clomid messed up my few regular cycles or something else is going on, or I'm just irregular again. I figured I'd at least have a positive pregnancy test by now if it were the other though.  Any thoughts?  Experiences?

My doctor must be lazy! Lol!  I haven't gotten checked at all.  If clomid doesn't make your periods longer, I just don't know why I'm got getting a positive hpt. Maybe I need a blood test?

I also started my first round the beginning of September and this is my first irregular cycle ever. I'm over a month late with 4 negative tests. Just finished day 10 of provera to see if that makes my period start again. All of this stuff is very confusing. Good luck!

The Dr should be monitoring you while on Clomid, they should do regular transvaginal ultrasounds to see if the Clomid is working and to let you know when you are about to ovulate. I had to be checked like 3-4 times a week to monitor the follicle size before ovulation. 
It shouldn't be making your cycles longer, it usually makes your cycles very regular, 28 days long.

I'm seeing a specialist. She told me not to waste my money with opk while taking clomid.  It will mess up the results anyways.  I'm on round 4 and this is the first time in seeking help from a specialist. Good luck.  I hope you're pregnant already!
