Help?

On the night of 9/27 we found out I was finally pregnant! I got blood done 9/28 and it came back at 372. More done 9/30 and it came back 253. I already knew. 10/2 I had more done that came back at 199. I started spotting the afternoon of 10/2 and then by time I got home from work I was in excruciating pain and the bleeding got heavier. On 10/3 I went to the bathroom and could see the sac when it passed (for lack of a better phrase). Then the bleeding and cramping let up. Today I had really light bleeding and no cramps, and now the bleeding has completely stopped. Is it okay that it was so quick? I'm glad it is over and we can move on and try again, but most people say you bleed for at least a week, if not more. Any experience with quick miscarriages? My doctor estimated me around 5 weeks.
