Weight gain with mirena
Has anyone had weight gain while using the mirena. I got the mirena inserted just over a month ago. The three months prior to that I was 66kg for the whole 3 months still with a bit to lose from pregnancy. I weighed myself the other day and I am almost 70kg. Just in a month.
I've started working out and starting meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch I will try that for a month and if nothing changes I'll be getting it taken out straight away. I'm short so I've already started looking very chubby. During pregnancy I got up to 77 but other than that I have never been so chubby. I'm so depressed it's not funny. I can usually lost weight so easily so let's hope this works
