Period pains! What is your go to relief?

I struggle so badly with cramps they are heaps better since I'm on the pill I can walk with them now but I'd like to know what are some other ways or common ways of pain relief 🙏🏼😊 xo

Comfy track suit pants, heat pack and some pain killers that are for period pains. 
Junk food is also good! Aha

Honestly, this is gonna be TMI but.... Nothing other than sex (orgasm) works for me. Let me tell you-- I've tried EVERYTHING.

I find walking, especially up and down stairs helps me a lot. Or a hot shower, better if the shower head can change pressure. Put it on the hardest pressure and put it on my stomach
