Crampy?...24 weeks and 2 days..

Hello ladies ! I am 24 weeks and 2 days pregnant , today I am experiencing some cramping . More like wear my hips are.. is this normal ? I'm not bleeding or anything . Just crampy. Any of you ladies have this ??

I've been having this for a week. Massage therapist said the my hips are spreading and my cramping is from that and possibly round ligament pain. Think the baby had a big growth  spurt around this time

Are you really well hydrated? I get them when I've not kept up with my water. I'm 25 weeks 5 days.
