Cramps on one side
I ovulated last Thursday and today I've developed cramps on one side, my period isn't due for 10 days what could the cramping be? It's quite strong and goes on and off, feels like a pulsing sensation. My OH and I aren't actively trying but not preventing either. Any ideas? TIA x
