Labor or not?

I am 37+2 weeks. Yesterday I was at docs, 60% and 1 cm dilated. Last night and this morning I been losing a significant amount from mucous plug, having pains in lower belly and groin that feel like shooting pains. Also having tightening on and off about 4-7 mins and lasting 60 seconds. I can't tell if its baby moving or contractions. It kinda feels a little different then when moves usually
