Uterine / back pain

I got really hot and my uterus started hurting about 4 hours ago. I haven't been able to find any positions that make it comfortable. I started getting lower back and pelvic pain about an hour ago. I've had slightly more intense moments but the back and pelvic seem to be more constant now.
