Ovulation???

Question

Can you ovulate after your period and before your fertile days; what "Glow" has estimated for you? Or can you start to ovulate after your fertile days according to "Glow?" I remember having CM after my AF but before my "fertile days" during my "fertile week" I didn't see any CM; I was completely dried up but; experience intense lower back pain and abdominal cramping on the last day of my "ovulation week." So; I'm trying to pin point when did I actually ovulated or hoping I would have conceived?!? Lol

Glow is a guess based on textbook 28 day cycle with ovulation on cd14 and af 14 days later. To know if anf when you actually ovulate you need to temp.

This is the cycle chart on Glow. It's under genius in the center bottom of the app. I do not temp, I just use OPKs, so it's not recording my temperature.

The CM you're looking for is egg white cervical mucus. I've never seen EWCM until this month but I've been taking FertileCM which increases cervical mucus and helps with uterine lining. I think that's what did it for me. Use OPKs to find out exactly when you're ovulating. Glow is just a prediction. I personally ovulate on CD 8 and only have 24 day cycles. I figured it out by keeping track of my period and using OPKs. Glow is just now getting itself adjusted to my personal cycles.

I don't understand how to temp? Like; if your body temperature goes higher I'm more likely to ovulate? Because a normal body temp is 98
