Vericos Vein ??

I have this very tender spot near my clitoris and it feels like a vein to me. It's very swollen, but it's regular color. The last time I got something like this I had just been told I had chlamydia 4 months ago. I got treated of course and just got tested last week and it came back negative. I also have white discharge. Just really concern about my lady bits . If the pain doesn't go away by tomorrow I'll probably go to the doctor
