Need some advice please....tmi

Called my doctors office today because I thought I might have a uti because of not being able to hold my bladder and my underwear is constantly wet It didn't smell like urine and it wasn't like discharge I was worried about possible amniotic fluid leaking now I am having quite a bit of rectal bleeding without pain when I go to the bathroom my obgyn never called me back
