Doctor stress

Is anyone having problems in getting an appointment  with their doctor ? I had some blood work done since last week Monday and I still cannot get anyone to give me the results and they are there. I have hypothyroidism so I am very worried if my levels are ok if or I need a new prescription but this office is giving me the run around, so stressed right now about it. Is anyone having any problems like this and how did you manage???
