Who's watching your baby when you're in labor/delivery?

My husband and I are expecting our second child but we don't really have anyone to watch our 2 year old. Any suggestions?

My bff will most likely have my  daughter, who is 6. She lives literally a 2 minute walk away. If she wasn't able to do it I have no idea who would watch her. Depending on when we go she might have to pick her up from the hospital.

If you don't have family need by do you have friends? Church support?
