Anyone? 8 week ultrasound with Physiological Omphalocele like echo noted

So I went in at 8 weeks to get a dating ultrasound since I had a chemical Preg month before and all looked good except for this one comment I can't get out of my head. After doing my research, it seems like the abdominal contents are supposed to grow outside of baby at 7-8 weeks and then get sucked back in by 10-12 weeks when baby is big enough, but then why mention it on the ultrasound and say recheck at 14 weeks. Can't get ahold of the doc who read my ultrasound to ask him why he used the "o" term instead of the neutral midgut hernia until tomorrow so I'm lookin to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
