Pay Hospital Bill Prior to Delivery?
How many of you paid your "estimate" before delivering? My hospital says this is their policy and the estimate is based off the max amount my insurance allows them to charge- seems a little unfair.
My deductible and max out of pocket will amount to $4500 and then insurance should cover everything else...so they're just making me pay everything. What did you ladies with insurance end up having to pay for a no complications, vaginal delivery with epidural? Should I be happy that I'm paying $4500?
