Would you give a 10 month old a Baby Bottle Pop

A "Baby Bottle Pop" is novelty candy item. The nipple of the bottle is like a sucker, and the contents of the bottle are some kind of flavored, sugar. I guess the idea is, you lick the nipple, and dip it in the sugar stuff, lick, and repeat.
