Don'tt know what to do

I had my second appointment with the gyno yesterday , to do a check up on me and it went a bit unexpected. First of all I've been having a smelly discharge for weeks which I mentioned on my first visit and was told I'd had to wait till my second trimester to be treated, I just had my Pap smear yesterday so she wouldn't know what I have till the results come back right ? Well I was prescribed metro gel on the spot and I'm really confused if I should use it or not. Then I she prescribed special prenatal vitamins cause I'm anemic and last I was ordered to have a breast ultrasound cause she found a lump on my breast which of course has me scared. I felt that I got so many concerning results at once . And I really don't know what to do about the gel and she was'nt very clear with her answers. Any advice on it will be appreciated . I'm 14 weeks btw .
