Living on a heating pad?

My back is killing me. I have been living on the heating pad for about two weeks. Anyone else have this problem?

I need to do something.  I don't use anything for my pain.  It's so bad, at times I can't drive after work. Doc says to take it easy.  In order to do that, I would have to quit my job.  Hurry up little dude.

I purchased one of these back massagers that also provides heat and I use it every night on my mid to low back

Try ice for 15 minutes every hour.  Sometimes heat feels better but ice can help with inflammation.

I see my chiropractor every 2 weeks and she works wonders! Keeping me nice and aligned for my back pain and easier delivery 😊
