I think my waters are breaking!! 38 weeks today

Last night I was tossing and turning as usual! I was going from my back to my side and felt some type of.fluid come out and I got up my underwear were soaked! Now I have a cold and have been coughing and sometimes leak per but this was different! Anyone else have this happen??
