Not tipping furniture delivery people

So this was posted on my town's Facebook "informed" page. Which is supposed to be a page for people to post happening in our town, but often people post things like asking questions or advice and what not. Well this particular woman had ordered a bunch of furniture from Art Van and had it delivered to her home because she didn't have a vehicle that was large enough to transport it herself. I guess the delivery Charge was $100. She then asked if she didn't have to give them a tip because of the delivery fee.
