Please help

Can anybody help me....I used to take deposit and I've been off for ten months with no periods and about a week ago I notice some very light pink blood when I wiped so I thought my period was returning but the next time I peed there was nothing...I had sex September 25 and 27 then on October 1 so idk can someone help
