Internal exam refusal? ?

Question! I was pregnant back in may, 1 day after my internal exam i started bleeding and u/s comfirmed i was having a misscarrage.. i cant help but think the internal exam caused it. This time around i have my first ultrasound on oct 23 followed by first baby visit. Do you think if everything shows ok on the ultrasound, i could decline the internal exam?? Im so anxious about this! 😓 help!
