Can I use feminine wash?

I'm almost 7 months pregnant but I've also been just told I have hpv (genital warts) and just noticed down there is getting smelly down there, can I use feminine wash? How should I get rid of it?

I would definitely call your doctor. Until then I'd just use wipes to clean down there whenever you use the restroom. I wouldn't use any kind of wash as that can negatively affect the pH.

I would absolutely not put any type of food, such as the yogurt recommended, in your vagina. That's just asking for a bacterial infection on top of the hpv.

Best thing to do when I've been a bit smelly down there was either have a bath with some rock salt in to try and neutralise the smell. Other alternative was live yogurt on a tampon and leave in for an hour and take it out, something to do with the natural

For me, it's a hormonal smell that I can not shake. I've tried everything. Before pregnancy, I did not have an odor of any kind. I'm very hygienic. Now, it smells metallic because of the iron in my prenatal and a little urine. I don't think it'll go away until this is over with. They recommend not using a feminine wash. If you inform your doctor, they may swab you to detect if you have an infection of some kind. Otherwise, change our your panties frequently, air out your lady bits, use a panty liner, etc.

You should never use feminine washes!! It will just make your problem worse and further offset your ph balance by killing the normal flora ( healthy bacteria that fights the bad) and cause it to be smellier and irritated best thing is to use soap on your outer pelvic area and only use water inside your vagina.
