Constantly moving while taking a bottle?!

Anyone else's 2 or 3 month old constantly moving, pushing, or turning away from the bottle when eating? He makes it seem like he doesn't want it, but then cries when I take it out! It's becoming quite the job to try to keep the bottle in his mouth! Just wondering if this is normal with all babies? Anything I can do to help him out?

My daughter does the same thing with my breast and a bottle, I also would love to know what to do.

My daughter did this, turns out she has silent reflux poor little thing, only took nearly 4 months for us and docs to suss it out! She didnt do it everytime but sometimes she acted like my milk was actually hurting her when she sucked but when she stopped feeding she d cry because she was actually hungry it just hurt her to eat. Listen out for if you hear anything coming up .. Bubbles etc/ also hiccups, coughs and sneezes are signs. Its called silent because they arent sick with it, the acid doesnt actually make it all the way out. Prescribed ranatadine a week ago and touch wood not one issue with it since

It's usually gas for my little man, or he wants the other breast. Try burping when it happens.

Yes! He's a wiggle monster. Sometimes it's wind making him uncomfortable but most of the time he's just nosy and wanting to look around or is distracted by the tiniest thing. His latest thing (4.5months old) is to grab the bottle and try pull it out of his mouth to get his hand in there as well. It's probably just part of their development. But they are cheeky little monkeys sometimes!

Yes my son does that too I think is that he's more aware of what's going on. He chews a lot on it as well! You just have to have patience they learn new things almost every day!

My 3 month old daughter does the same thing. I have found that walking around while feeding her a bottle helps. She stays still and looks around while we walk.

He is becoming more alert so he is wanting to look around. Feed somewhere quite and talk or sing to him so he focuses on you
