Wanting to lose weight before 2nd baby!

So I have somehow gained 10 pounds when I've actually tried to lose it. I'm really not the kind of person to work out at home because if there's a couch I'll just sit and relax. But that's gonna have to change. So I need some workout advice to help shed all this fat I've added on top of the baby fat. Im really wanting to lose atleast 30-40 pounds and get back to what I weighed before I got pregnant with my son. Any help would be appreciated:)
