Weight loss significance ?

My husband recently deployed in February & from February until around a month ago I lost 43lbs! We were TTC before he left for about 8 months & kept getting BFN after BFN. So when he left I decided to get healthy & lose weight ( not really considering what it could do for me fertility wise ) after he returned about 5 weeks ago we started again TTC. Before he left my periods were all irregular as could be & after I lost weight my periods became VERY regular... So my question is , did anyone become pregnant after losing weight & think the weight loss was the cure to their infertility ? Just curious because I feel my chances are very good considering my periods have become so regular after the weight loss.
