So, I've had several friends who have been induced. One wasn't even a day late before they decided to induce her. 2 days in labor and wound up doing c-section because baby was in distress. Then another one was 10days late and the induced her and she was in labor for 48 hrs before they did c-section. My mom was induced with me (25yrs ago) and was in labor for 2 days and wound up delivering me natural. I know not all women that are induced have super long labors, but my question is: would you rather be induced and have a long labor and maybe wind up having a c-section, or just tell the dr to do the c-section and get it over with.
