Evening primrose an breastfeeding
Is it safe to take evening primrose while breastfeeding? I go to my ob for my 6 weeks postpartum check up an ill ask then, but figured I'd give here a shit first. I've read before it's really helps benefit a lot of things but never seen if it's okay while breastfeeding.
