30's unsure of kids..anyone??

Hello,
Im T. 33 years old. Fiance and I are getting married in March. We have been together 6 years. Just wondering if anyone out there is in same boat about kids. To be honest just not dying to be a mom. I kind of feel like I'm not normal. Have pretty much felt like that my entire life. Everyone always told me I would change my mind once I settled down. We are settled, good jobs, just bought house... And that's not the case. Does anyone else feel like that?? Just wondering.

I'm not in my 30s and honestly I do have a kid that I love with all my being.

But honestly, if your happy your happy. Don't feel like you need to have kids or that you're missing out on something.

The worlds of having kids vs. not having kids are so different you really can't compare them. Believe me I feel like I'm missing out on stuff non-parents get to enjoy all the time. But that's why we have a thing called baby sitters and you have a thing called baby sitting.

All I'm saying is choose happiness.

I did feel like that until I discovered that having kids would be really challenging for me. Somehow feeling like having kids might not be an option sparked a wish for them! Stupid, right? Anyways, it is going to be hard for us and we are both now wanting a baby. I always thought I would be childless from choice until that moment. I took a year to really come around to my conclusion and then share it with my husband.

Hi! I'm 32 & had never planned on having kids. Everyone of course told me the same thing. I actually wasn't supposed to be able to have kids & it didn't bother me when I was told that by more than one doctor. I was 26 at the time & then got pregnant unexpectedly when I was 28. I had my son at 29 & he'll be 3 soon. Of course I wouldn't trade him for the world, but I don't think I will have more kids. Some people think of that as selfish b/c he won't have any siblings to play with. It's something I'm considering, but I think I would know by now if I wanted to have more. There are plenty of people who don't want kids. Does your fiancée want kids?

Some women dont have kids bc there are happier without kids. If you dont want to then dont its not wrong or bad. Its your decision :) be happy :)
