BV, BOYFRIEND AND PREGNANCY
Hi all, I need some help and maybe many of you have experienced something similar, I searched this topic already but most of the questions didn’t have many responses. I’ve been with my boyfriend for a little over a year now on and off and maybe around January 2015 I was experiencing what I thought was a UTI so I went to the doctor for UTI and they gave me UTI antibiotics. I still was experiencing some odor and a little discharge and went back to the doctor in June. I had stopped seeing my boyfriend at the time and the doctor diagnosed me with BV and gave me meds. I was happy that everything cleared up, no discharge, no odor. When I got back with my boyfriend he always ejaculates inside of me and I started noticing the BV symptoms again. I asked the doctor prior what causes BV and she explained it’s a range of things but basically my PH was being thrown off. Now you can see how this is a problem for me considering I’m only having sex with my boyfriend but there this embarrassing odor and I can’t keep taking antibiotics. On sept 21 I found out I am pregnant and would like to remedy this situation but I don’t want it to continue to be a problem with my boyfriend? If that makes sense? Like is he the reason my PH continues to be thrown off? How can I solve this?
