Heavy baby?

I'm 34 weeks and 2 days. My baby is measuring two weeks ahead of time and is 6 pounds and 4 ounces. Is it normal for a baby to be this big this early?

Don't worry too much. Those guesses are often wrong. They said my first baby was gonna be a whopper. She weighed 6 lbs 15 oz.

Nine months ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who happened to be 10 pounds 3.2 oz and I didn't get a ultrasound after I found out he was a boy so it was a big surprise!! Good luck and congratulations

Don't worry. An ultrasound is plus or minus 2 pounds, meaning it can be off by up to 2 pounds. You may just have a big baby. My sister's oldest was 9 pounds 13 ounces. The ultrasound said he would be at least 11 pounds.

I wouldn't worry, alot of times the ultrasounds are a little off they said my baby was 5 pounds 4 oz n she came out 6 pounds 4 oz 😊

My baby measured ahead for the last 2 months I was pregnant. My doctor had me freaking out thinking I was doomed to birth baby Hulk. My water broke and I delivered him at 39 weeks, he weighed 7 lbs, 13 oz.

This happens all the time, but rarely are those calculations spot on. Don't stress it
