biracial baby

so my mom asked me if I was going to identify my daughter as being biracial and I told her yes and she said why and I told her because ppl ask alot if she is mixed or what is her ethnic background. my mom said my daughter is more black than all the other races because I'm fully black and her dad is black white and Puerto rican. does this mean my daughter isn't biracial? I been identifying her as being biracial I claim all of her parts, am I wrong for this?
