Anyone have ultrasound photos they can share??

I have my first ob appointment today after having a blighted ovum back in February, I had a d & c and finally got pregnant 6 months later! I'm so scared something will go wrong this time! I have four year old twins already and had such a wonderful healthy pregnancy with them, I'm just scared of getting an ultrasound and seeing nothing like last time :( I would love to see anyone's ultrasound pics since I'm hoping to get one today at my appointment. I'm 5 weeks 5 days. Thanks!
