lying about background

has anyone ever lied about their ethnic backgroind? ppl would keep asking me if I had Asian blood or if I'm part filipino ALLLL the time, almost everyday n I got tired of ppl saying oh well u don't look all the way black because of my flat nose and big eyes, so when they ask I just say yep sarcastically and they seem content with my answer n they're like ik I was right! you look just like one 😩😩😒😒
