3wks PP incision a bit raised?

Is it normal for my incision to be a little bit raised/swollen? I'm 3 wks PP. It looks totally fine but if I feel it it's sort of raised still

It's normal.You can use a silicone patch or creme to put on it that helps a lot and stops the itching too😊

I'm 5 weeks PP and my incision was raised up for a few weeks, but it is still hard - it feels like there's a hot dog under my skin. And there is another "hot dog" like lump that goes from the incision up my right side and it's very painful.
