Do any mommies use this stroller? Am I ridiculous to want this??

I looked at it too! Have you looked on Craigslist? I found 4 in my area that were barely used and heavily discounted. Not a bad option for pricey baby stuff!

Well if you can afford it, sure! But that's a lot of money that could buy a lot of diapers. My $200 stroller and car seat were great.

I have 2012 edition that I used almost daily for the first year and half of my daughter's life. For the first couple of months, we used bassinet from the stroller as the main sleeping arrangement. I was hesitant to spend $$$ in it, but in my case it was well worth it. I am due with a second baby and the stroller is in a perfect condition ready for use. Depending on when you are due, I would suggest waiting for beginning of the next year when new edition usually comes out. At that time, prior year version of the stroller usually goes on sale. I got mine at $200 discount that way. And year over year improvements are usually not that big.

I have the 2009 version. I'ts been an awesome stroller. We use it a lot when traveling and having to do a lot of walking. I have 2 boys and its held up well. I'll be using it again with this little one. We have the old rumble seat which was very useful when my boys were younger. My only complaint is the outgrow the rumble seat early (the new design looks awesome though).  I'm debating about getting the kick board this time around.

I used it with the chicco keyfit 30. Super easy and convenient.

Also I used the bassinet in my room for the first couple of months. I just bought a couple extra sheets that fit the mattress. I may look into getting a new mattress pad for the bassinet since this one is 6 years old and has been in storage.

I'm deciding between this stroller and the Baby Jogger City Select. I think the Vista handles better but the City Select has more room with 2 seats.

I got a 3 in 1 stroller from Wal-Mart. It's really adorable and also useful.
