When is the right time to say I love you?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 months now and I'm pretty sure we're both ready to say it but I was wondering if 2 months is too soon? (We're both 18 by the way and this is my first relationship but his second)

The time before you say I love you, when you feel it but neither say it both afraid to, that is my FAVORITE part of a relationship. Its so intense and everything they do is magical. Every kiss makes your head spin. Enjoy it! Embrace the newness and enjoy figuring each other out. There is seriously nothing like it. :) with my boyfriend I would throw in "I LOVE.... hanging out with you ;)" and stuff like that.

It will literally just come out of your mouth when you last expect it. My SO and I were sitting out by a long taking about what we wanted in life and everything we've been through together and I looked at him and I said it (I meant to think it) and he was so shocked and surprised but he was also so happy and he said it back. It was seriously perfect

First relationship, just say it. I had my first boyfriend 3 years ago and we said I love you to each other 2 months into it. We broke up 10 months later, but we've been on and off. So we're sorta still in a relationship and we act like we're dating in public too. So just be open and bold or just ask him if he loves you, that's a simpler way
