32 weeks and cramping

I'm 32 weeks with my first baby and I feel like I'm on my period. Major cramping that will lessen up, and then get stronger, but they never stop. Lower back pain(which is a first) and my vagina is like.. Tender and fells kinda swollen. What the heck is going on?
