Leaking colostrum
I have had a few friends tell me they started leaking at 20-24 weeks. I haven't yet but I am now 24 weeks and am starting to have some sharp pains behind my nipples. Could this be the colostrum coming in? I would really hate to be stuck at work when this happens for the first time!
