MIGRAINES? Relief tips needed.

I'm 13w 5d and I have the worst migraines. Everyone's saying I can only take Tylenol what are some natural remedies ? Or something.

I've had the worst migraines. Try some lavander and peppermint oil rubbed on your ears. I use rice bags on the back of my neck. If that doesn't help I put hott water in the tub, and a bag of frozen veggies on my neck. If that doesn't help ask your OB for muscle relaxers or fiorcet? (Sp) I use those in the worst case. But it helps, good luck momma!
