First response test in Tuesday faint line dollar general test today nothing.

ttc for rainbow baby • My husband and I have been together 7 years. Married since Aug 2014. We started ttc in July 15 and got pregnant first month and it ended in an ectopic. We are now waiting for our rainbow baby .
What can that mean? Do you see anything?
