Extreme fatigue first trimester
I've been undeniably fatigued this pregnancy. It seems like even breathing is a chore. I'm having trouble keeping up with my four year old. Any ideas? I'm drinking water and eating and taking my meds. So what's the deal? Mother in law says its twins...
