Occasionally I have these bumps that are red and and look like pimples. Sometimes I try to pop them and other times I don't. I've had one on my elbow, my butt, my knee, and the most recent is below my boob. Every time the end up getting a big white head and it hurts. So I pop it, which is so painful. It's literally the worst pain I've ever felt. The white stuff usually comes out as one gooey mass or like a paste. Then it bleeds.  I am 100% sure they are not pimples. I'm thinking they're spider bites but why do I get them so often? Do I just have a lot of spiders in my house? Please help! Photo below is of the one that I just popped is leaking a clear discharge.
