Hungry but bored of food?!
This week (7th week) i was craving for almost all savoury, particularly spicy food and they're not that healthy but i tried to mind my portion size. Now i'm about week 8 and it's been few days i feel like i just don't know what to eat or prepare anymore for myself. Whatever food i see i only manage to eat half of it, about a few bites and i feel lethargic. Anyone experiencing something like this? :( I drink peppermint or ginger tea once a day to reduce my headaches and nausea feeling.
