Okay so i was bleeding pretty heavily and had sex with my so, after sex my period basically stopped til the next night, the next it picked back up but was still so light i didnt need anything really like i kept a pad on just in case but it was just spots, until today, it has become a light flow now, i was just wondering is this normal? Does sex lighten the period flow?
