Im 30 weeks pregnant and my lower back pain is unbearable. Tonight it set a new record, i literally can't even walk i feel like my two bones in my lower back seperate at each movement. Whenever i lay down flat on that spot its hard to get back up because it feels like it disconnects from one another and hurts and this has happened to me since my first pregnancy and even after i gave birth it would still happen but now it is way worse, what could it be?
