So, after getting married end of February, moving 2x between March and May, getting pregnant in May and havin extreme fatigue and barely having energy to make it through the day, and then having to deliver my sleeping angel last month and being on a 3 week activity restriction- I have barely worked out. Well, I've been jogging again the last few weeks and ran a 5k last night. I had to walk in a couple short spurts towards the end but I can honestly say I was able to jog at least 2.9 of the 3.3 miles I tracked (course was a little longer than it said) and I came in at 40min. Not too bad huh for not having run since February? Now to prep for 10k at end of November!
