1 month and swollen

Kai • I am a mother of 4. Building a legacy and praying that God allows me to add one more to the bunch :-)
I have been working out for 1 month and I haven't lost weight. I feel very swollen and my pants are extremely tight. Has anyone experienced this before. I do cardio 5-6 days out of the week, and incorporate strength training 3-4 days a week.
