Does sliced ham count as lunch meat?

Does sliced ham or a sausage patty count as lunch meat/hotdog? Like the ones that come of a breakfast sandwich from places like Starbucks or jack in the box?

Ham does count as lunch meat. I know everyone will say different but my midwife said lunch meat is fine to eat as long as it's heated. I was craving Subway... she told me to just tell them to warm up the meat and it was fine.
